Barry first started his real estate career in 2003 with ERA and has since affiliated with one of the fastest growing companies, EXiT Realty. He specializes in 1st time homebuyers and the relocation of homeowners in Maryland and throughout the world. Helping his clients to successfully buy or sell residential, townhome, condo, land, multi and single family properties is his top priority. He has also become a complete facilitator for short sales by earning his CDRS ( Certified Default Resolution Specialist) designation. He understands all the hurdles & rewards of purchasing or selling your home. Barry is certified as an internet professional & has earned the designations of an e-Pro and At Home with Diversity. Barry has recently received his broker license and is now an Associated Broker. He has received extensive advanced individual training by Johnny Loewy, one of the top 50 realtors in the nation, Alex Szinegh's Boot Camp, Jeff Lobb's technolgy training & is a graduate of Kevin Ahearn’s Fastrac Course. Barry is a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the EXiT Elite Club. In his time off Barry enjoys attending NASCAR races, Ravens, Capitals & Oriole games. Growing up in Brooklyn Park, he has lived all his life in Maryland. Barry has started a campaign to recycle cans for the benefit of area elementary school children. He also donates blood on a routine basis to help the American Red Cross. Barry states “One of my greatest accomplishments was when I married Sheryl, the women of my dreams, my wonderful wife who I cherish & respect endlessly.”
